Electrical Design Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities: The electrical engineer participates in all phases of new product development from concept, through design, test and introduction into manufacturing. The electrical engineer is responsible to design digital and analog circuitry for embedded products in the medical device industry. The electrical engineer works with a team of other engineers including system engineers, electrical engineers, embedded software engineers and project managers to develop interesting and compelling products.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience with a wide range of circuits, microcontrollers, analog or digital design and tools
- 2+ years experience in embedded product development
- Sense of urgency and ownership

- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering

Program or Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities: The project manager is a key leadership position. The PM is responsible to plan and manage the execution of new product development projects involving our on-site team of electrical engineers, embedded software engineers, and mechanical engineers. The PM is responsible to guide requirements gathering, detailed design, verification and validation testing of medical devices. The PM needs to lead and ensure compliance with medical device regulations and device standards. The PM is a key point of contact for our clients who include top medical device firms, along with startup companies.
Requirements and Skills:
- 4+ years experience in engineering product development
- 2+ years in a project leadership role (as system engineer, lead engineer, project management or program management)
- Demonstrated multidisciplinary new product design and development experience
- Engineering background
- Proven ability to maintain schedule and budget ($100k-$2MM)
- Sense of urgency and ownership
- Love new product development
- Natural curiosity about how things work

Embedded Software Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities: You'll develop software for embedded systems. This responsibility comprises all stages of development and includes requirements gathering, documentation, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance. You'll work closely with hardware and lab equipment, such as scopes, meters, and logic analyzers
Requirements and Skills:
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of programming embedded systems
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science is a definite plus
- Real-time operating system (RTOS) experience is a plus
- Self-motivation with the drive to excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Good teamwork skills
