Electrical Design Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities: You'll design and develop electrical circuits and systems for various Clients and internal projects. You'll oversee all aspects of electronic product development from conception to manufacturing handoff.

Electronic Product Development Project Manager
General Description: You must be able to understand electronic product development, including development and integration of software, electronic, and mechanical components. This position includes both product and project components. The successful candidate will work with both RBC Product Development's Clients and internal product development team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define specific Client requirements and budget plans
- Manage the internal development efforts required to manage and meet Client expectations
- Work with Clients to establish achievable development schedules based on assessment of technical complexity and resource availability
- Develop project plans and assist our product development team by directing and monitoring the product development life-cycle
- Develop and maintain a proactive approach with team members ensuring their understanding and support regarding their project life-cycle and tasks
Requirements and Skills:
- Demonstrated success in managing an electronic product development project
- Ability to work with others to meet common objectives

- Sales experience is a plus

General Description: RBC Product Development is an innovative product design company that's been designing product solutions for Clients since 1994. We're looking for an experienced embedded software engineer.
Duties and Responsibilities: You'll develop software for embedded systems. This responsibility comprises all stages of development and includes requirements gathering, documentation, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance. You'll work closely with hardware and lab equipment, such as scopes, meters, and logic analyzers
Requirements and Skills:
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of programming embedded systems
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science is a definite plus
- Real-time operating system (RTOS) experience is a plus

Senior Systems Engineer/Project Leader
General Description: RBC Product Development is an innovative product design company that's been designing product solutions for Clients since 1994. We're looking for an experienced senior systems engineer/project leader.
Duties and Responsibilities: You'll be responsible for product architecture/design, requirements gathering, documentation, and scheduling. You'll also manage a project team for embedded hardware/software projects. We'll place high priority on qualified candidates who are familiar with a documented development process compatible with QSRs and ISO 9000/EN 46001. You'll work closely with Clients and development team members to produce industry-leading products on time and within budget.
Requirements and Skills:
- 5+ years experience developing embedded hardware/software products for medical or related field
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required
- Demonstrated project leadership skills
- Experience designing communication protocols
- Experience with high-level design and decomposition
- Experience making hardware-software tradeoff decisions
