RBC’s approach to mechanical engineering starts with thorough research into the user’s needs and customer requirements.  Using qualitative and quantitave tools, RBC’s engineers combine customer and regulatory requirements into a formal mechanical requirements document.  This is done within the constraints of schedule, materials and manufacturing processes.

Using state of the art simulation tools, and prototyping, designs are analyzed to verify that mechanical requirements are met.

Finally, a smooth transfer to production is the result of the active participation of our manufacturing partners from the early stages of development and the knowledge base that comes from having placed hundreds of designs into production.
